Masterworks Chorale is available for performances throughout Yorkshire and beyond.

We normally present 4 concerts a year and we try to make these in venues that make for excellent concerts. Our music ranges from the very well known to the unknown, all with something in common; they are Masterworks. Sometimes the composers' names will be entirely new to our listeners, other times they will represent the standard household names. Tim matches the music to the venues and locations where we sing.... our next tour to Cumbria will celebrate the music of the Early Saints in iconic and historic buildings such as Lanercost Priory and, of course, the Sea being on the West Coast!
We have sung in many venues around Yorkshire: in fact we have visited the Minsters of Halifax, Rotherham, Howden and Hemingbrough. Closer to home, we have sung in the wonderful churches of St Bartholomew's in Armley, St Mary's in Whitkirk and St Saviour's in Richmond Hill. Our Classic Churches of Yorkshire tour took us to Pickering, York and Brighouse. We have sung in the Churches Conservation Trust locations in Edlington and Cadeby near Doncaster, Halifax and Newby Hall to take music back into its churches around Yorkshire and help to mark their 50th Anniversary.
Our tour in 2019 took us to Stirling and Glasgow in Scotland, including performances for charity at Paisley Abbey and Stirling Castle. In 2018, we sang in Prague celebrating the music of Dvorak and in 2017, in Vaduz in Liechtenstein to perform the music of Joseph Gabriel Rheinberger in his church. In 2016, we travelled to Venice where we performed Vivaldi's Gloria in the Chiesa di Santa Maria della Pieta, where he used to work in addition to two other very successful performances. In 2015, we travelled to New York, which included singing at St Patrick's Cathedral on 5th Avenue, then in the autumn we went to Paris to sing Faure's Reqium in La Madeleine, the church for which is was written. Previous tours have taken us to Belgium to sing in the magnificent St Bavos in Ghent and also at the Menin gate.
